Volkswagen Swaps Its ID.4 Electric Car for the ID.Tiguan

Volkswagen said Sept. 28 it will replace its ID.4 crossover, a mix of a car and an SUV, with the upcoming ID.Tiguan. The ID.4 came out in 2020 and sold 950,000 vehicles since 2021. Factory work in Chattanooga ends in April 2026. The ID.Tiguan will join the ID.Polo and ID.Cross in the company's electric-car range.
