Volkswagen to Replace ID.4 Crossover With ID.Tiguan

Volkswagen announced Sept. 28 it will replace the ID.4 crossover with the upcoming ID.Tiguan. The ID.4, introduced in 2020, sold 950,000 units since 2021, with Chattanooga production ending in April 2026. The ID.Tiguan will join the ID.Polo and ID.Cross in the electric lineup.
