Burnham promises free care in England at next election

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he will fight the next election promising free care in England, paid for like the NHS. He told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg he will give details in his Labour conference speech. Care is run separately in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. He said Labour's tax promises would make it 'hard' to pay for.
