Burnham to fight election on free National Care Service for England

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he will fight the next election on a free National Care Service, paid for by taxpayers. He told the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg that details will come in his Labour conference speech. The plan would cover England only, as social care is devolved. He said Labour's tax pledges would make it 'hard' to deliver.
