NZ First says it would close the Waitangi Tribunal

New Zealand First says it would close the Waitangi Tribunal in the first 100 days of a new government and bring in a replacement law. The party announced the policy on 26 September, RNZ reported. The Tribunal hears Māori complaints about laws and government actions and suggests what should happen.
