Powerful Storm Nolo to Pass Close to Hawaii Saturday

Hurricane Nolo, a very powerful spinning storm, was just over 200 miles south of Hawaii's Big Island Friday morning, Sept. 25, 2026. Forecasters expect strong winds and heavy rain by Friday evening. Nolo should pass near or just south Saturday, still very strong, then move west without its center hitting land.
