GM is Adding Google's AI Assistant to Its Cars

General Motors is putting Google's conversational AI into its vehicles, using the same cellular and cloud technology that has powered OnStar for decades. The feature will roll out across GM's fleet in 45 languages through wireless updates to cars already on the road. Instead of building new systems from scratch, GM is extending infrastructure it already uses for remote vehicle service and diagnostics.
