Oracle may delay payments if New Mexico computer hub is late

Oracle has told the builder of Project Jupiter, its New Mexico Stargate computer hub, that it can delay payments if the site is not working by 2028. The legal notice covers delays outside anyone's control. Oracle says it is still committed and on schedule as the main renter. Blue Owl Capital, which got the notice, says money commitments are unchanged.
