Johnny Kastl expected to return as Doug Murphy in Scrubs Season 2

Johnny Kastl is expected to return as Dr Doug Murphy in Scrubs Season 2, Aseem Batra told Deadline. The appearance, planned for one of the last two episodes of the 10-episode season slated to premiere on Sept. 30, would be his first acting job in almost two decades after quitting acting in 2009 for law school.
