Oracle seeks payment leeway if New Mexico AI campus runs late

Oracle sent a force majeure notice — cover for unavoidable delays — to the developer of Project Jupiter, its Stargate data-center campus in New Mexico. It allows payment delays if the site misses its 2028 online target. Oracle says it remains committed and on schedule as main tenant. Blue Owl Capital, whose unit got the notice, says commitments are unchanged.
