Oracle invokes force majeure to defer payments if New Mexico Stargate slips past 2028

Oracle sent a force majeure notice to the developer of Project Jupiter, its Stargate campus in New Mexico, allowing payment delays if the site misses its 2028 online target. Oracle says it remains committed and on schedule as main tenant. Blue Owl Capital, whose unit received the notice, says financial commitments are unchanged.
