Databricks bought Row Zero on September 24, 2026, for a price it did not share. Row Zero, started by former Amazon cloud and Tableau engineers, makes an online spreadsheet that handles over one million live rows that update instantly. Databricks said it will keep the tool simple and flexible while making it safer and easier to track and manage.
