Prime Minister says football beer rule is unfair

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said the 1985 rule stopping fans drinking alcohol where they can see the pitch in England and Wales is outdated and unfair. The Everton supporter said football fans should not be treated differently. BBC Sport said ending the rule is not yet government policy. MPs voted down a Conservative proposal to ask for views.
