U.S. and Iran Meet After Months Without Talking

The U.S. and Iran held their first talks since June. On Sept. 22, U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff sat down for three hours with Iran's top diplomat, Abbas Araghchi, with Qatar helping them talk. The meeting happened alongside the yearly U.N. General Assembly. President Trump shared the news. Witkoff said he felt very good; Trump said they will meet again soon.
