Mexico Says No Phones During School Day

Mexico will not allow elementary and secondary school students to use cellphones during the school day starting Nov. 3, President Claudia Sheinbaum announced. Emergency use is still allowed. Sixteen states already have bans. Schools must now fit those local rules to the new country-wide rule, like one house rule for all.
