Brooke van Velden defends swear word in final speech

Brooke van Velden, ACT Member of Parliament for Tāmaki, used her last speech before leaving Parliament to defend swearing in the debating chamber last year. She said she used the c-word in protest after a newspaper column used it about her and other women ministers. The former ACT deputy leaves at the election.
