A company called Signull Labs raised $3.58 million to build Skye AI, which replaces your iPhone's static grid of app icons with smart widgets that anticipate what you need. It works within Apple's rules, so no hacking required. With tens of thousands waiting to try it, this marks the first real rethink of the iPhone's core interface since 2007.
