Top public servants want to stop people sharing video clips of parliament online

Australia's most senior public servants, led by Steven Kennedy, want to ban people from editing and sharing short clips of parliamentary hearings on social media. They say these clips mock and harass government staff. Instead, they want full videos and written records posted with no comments allowed. The government hasn't said what it thinks yet.
