Israeli Official's Plan Proposes Moving All Palestinians Out of Gaza

Israeli minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has published a 20-page plan to move Palestinians out of Gaza — 250,000 in the first year and all roughly 2 million within six years. He says countries are "ready" to take them but names none. His party wants a new government department focused on emigration.
