Hezbollah Says It Won't Give Up Weapons, Contradicting Lebanon

A Hezbollah leader said the group won't give up its weapons and wants Israel out of Lebanon, in a rare April 2026 interview. Lebanon had claimed in December 2025 that Hezbollah's disarmament was done after its army took some weapons. Israel and the U.S. don't believe Lebanon. This clash blocks peace talks between the two countries.
