Circular's New Smart Rings Add Tap-to-Pay and Won't Charge a Monthly Fee for Health Features

Circular announced two new smart rings — the Ring 3 Pro and Ring 3 Slim — at a Berlin tech show on September 3, 2026. Both let you pay by tapping at checkout and track basic health stats with no monthly fee, unlike rival Oura, which charges one. They arrive in early 2027.
