Circleback, founded in 2023, makes about $8 million a year using AI to write up meeting notes, and is already profitable. The eight-person team raised only $2.5 million and earns over $1 million per employee. Co-founder Ali Haghani says they are not seeking more funding despite investor interest. The company spends nothing on Google or Meta ads.
