Russian drone attack near Ukraine's capital kills at least 37

A Russian drone — a small, remote-controlled aircraft used as a weapon — struck a warehouse near Kyiv on August 29, killing at least 37 and injuring 42, including four children. The blast set off further explosions that wrecked nearby homes and a care home. Over 370 people fled. Russia said the warehouse held drone parts.
