GTA VI takes over 80 hours to play, says Rockstar leader

Rockstar's Rob Nelson told The New York Times his own playthrough of GTA VI topped 80 hours, mostly following the main story. GTA V's average completion time was about 51.5 hours, per tracking site How Long to Beat. Nelson's number is his personal experience, not an official estimate. GTA VI launches November 19, 2026, priced at $80.
