AI assistant startup Instinct raises $250 million while still testing privately

Instinct, an AI assistant from Spear Street Technology founded by 23-year-old Noah Shinn in 2025, raised $250 million from investors including Index Ventures, Benchmark, and Conviction Partners. Total funding reaches $350 million, valuing the company at $2.5 billion. The product is still being tested privately and has already raised user privacy and security concerns.
