JBL Pulse 6 is among the first portable speakers to use Bluetooth 6.0

JBL's Pulse 6 speaker, available for preorder at $329.95 with September 6 U.S. shipping, supports Bluetooth 6.0 — the newest version of the wireless connection standard, still rolling out across consumer devices. It is among the earliest portable speakers to use it, though sound improvements over the previous version are small so far. The Pulse 6 also has a 30W bass speaker, a 10W treble speaker, and an IP68 rating.
