Google launched Gemini 3.5 Transcribe on August 26, 2026. It listens to spoken audio and types it out as written text in over 85 languages. It automatically cleans up filler words like "um," lets users edit by speaking, learns specialized vocabulary, and can tell apart up to three speakers.
