Over 800,000 people in England are waiting for NHS — the country's public health service — to test them for ADHD or autism, Ombudsman Paula Sussex reports. More than 60% wait over a year, far past the recommended 13 weeks. Her findings come from 3,000 complaints, as a government review led by Professor Peter Fonagy studies wider support gaps.
