Man who stalked actor Billie Piper jailed again

Philip Jerome, 49, was sentenced to a year in prison after admitting he broke a court order four times that banned him from stalking actor Billie Piper. Police found photos of her on his phone and 11 online posts tagging her. Over eight years, repeated court orders and even prison have not stopped him.
