RedNote Splits Its Network to Serve US and China Separately

RedNote, a Chinese social app, created a separate business in Singapore and now keeps US users on different servers from those serving China. This happened after three million Americans downloaded the app when TikTok faced a brief ban in January. The split lets RedNote expand in the US while keeping its Chinese operations separate from foreign laws.
