Australia calls in Israel's ambassador after no charges over aid worker's death

Israel's army won't charge any soldiers over the 2024 drone strike that killed Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom and six colleagues in Gaza. Foreign Minister Penny Wong has called in Israel's ambassador to protest. The PM called it an "outrage." Australia wants someone held responsible.
