Fired Ukrainian Official Says Paperwork Is Slowing Weapons from Allies

Ukraine's former defence minister Mykhailo Fedorov, fired in July, says paperwork in the UK and other allied countries is delaying promised weapons. He thanked Britain for £16bn in arms but asked partners to fund Ukraine's own drone factories instead of sending old surplus stock. The UK confirmed last week that British drones have hit Russian targets.
