Nvidia Puts Billions Into Power Plants, Not Computer Chips

Nvidia invested heavily in power projects this August — several hundred million dollars in Cloverleaf Infrastructure and $1.5 billion in SB Energy's Ohio site. The reason: Nvidia's chips are now plentiful, but the electricity to run them is not. Customers say getting enough power and grid connections, not buying hardware, is now the real holdup.
