LinkedIn Users Report Over a Million AI-Generated Posts; Visibility Drops 40 Percent

LinkedIn's button for flagging low-quality, AI-written posts has been clicked over a million times since July 30. Product chief Hari Srinivasan says such posts now get 40% fewer views. Research firm Pangram estimates over 40% of long LinkedIn posts are AI-generated. LinkedIn also removed its own tool that used AI to polish writing.
