Three Countries Say Israel Should Investigate Aid Workers' Deaths

Britain, Australia, and Canada say Israel's refusal to investigate an airstrike that killed seven aid workers in April 2024 is "shameful." Citizens of all three countries died in the attack. Israel's military says its commanders did nothing criminal. The aid group World Central Kitchen, which says it shared its travel route with Israel, strongly disagrees.
