Reform UK offers firms cash to hire young apprentices

Reform UK wants the government to pay back 30% of wages when small businesses hire apprentices aged 16 to 18. Firms would also get £2,000 for each worker who stays two years after training. The party said the plan would cost up to £2bn over five years. Spokeswoman Suella Braverman said firms would save about £4,000 a year per apprentice.
