Australia tells Israel it's angry after no charges over aid worker's death

Australia called in Israel's ambassador for a formal protest after Israel's military decided not to charge anyone over the 2024 Gaza strike that killed Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom and six colleagues. Foreign Minister Penny Wong told him in person the result was outrageous.
