Croatia Must Decide Whether to Send Pipeline Bombing Suspect to Germany

Croatian police arrested Volodymyr Zhuravlyov, suspected of diving to plant explosives on the Nord Stream pipelines in 2022. Germany wants him sent there for trial. A Polish judge freed him earlier, saying that if Ukraine bombed the pipelines, it was "a just act." Ukraine denies involvement. Now Croatia's courts decide.
