PM Burnham's £102m plan to get rough sleepers into homes

Prime Minister Andy Burnham pledged £102m to give over 1,000 people sleeping on England's streets a permanent home within three years. Mental health and addiction help comes with it. Ministers said the cash is already set aside in the housing budget. It brings Burnham's total pledge to £442m — the first promise he made as PM.
