Goldman Sachs to Buy LCN Capital Partners for Up to $410 Million

Goldman Sachs agreed to buy LCN Capital Partners, a firm that buys properties and leases them back to sellers, for up to $410 million. The deal ties part of the price to LCN's future performance, so Goldman pays less upfront and sellers earn more only if the business grows. LCN raised over $1.35 billion in 2021.
