Princess Diana's brother to publish first full book about her

Princess Diana's brother, Charles Spencer, will release a book called "Swan Song: Diana, My Sister" on 22 September. His publisher says it is the first time he has spoken "openly and at length" about her — the first detailed, personal account from Diana's own family in almost thirty years.
