Frasers Group Moves Closer to Owning Hugo Boss Despite Rejection
Frasers Group now owns 48% of Hugo Boss after some shareholders sold at EUR 38 per share. A takeover offer means one company tries to buy another outright. Hugo Boss's board unanimously rejected the price as too low — just 4% above market value. Analyst Axel Rudolph said Frasers is "firmly in the driving seat" toward full control.
