Hipkins says no to Netflix-style levy, blames oversight for confusion

Labour leader Chris Hipkins says Labour will not charge a levy on streaming services like Netflix. He blames an "administrative oversight" for sending mixed messages. MP Willie Jackson's proposed law was dropped from the parliamentary draw after National complained.
