OpenAI's ChatGPT Mac app now offers Computer History, an optional feature that records your clicks, typing, and app use as a timeline you can search. ChatGPT uses this to give more relevant answers, suggest shortcuts, and pick up where you left off. You can hide apps, delete records, and private browser tabs are skipped.
