Actress Tamara Mello and spouse Paolo Cascardo listed their L.A. home for $1.5 million, per realtor.com (Aug. 6, 2026). They paid $1.31 million in November 2021. They're moving to Florida, where the state takes no cut of your income — unlike California, which charges up to 13.3%. But Florida's pricier home insurance may eat into those savings.
