Mina Smallman, whose daughters were murdered in 2020, told London's top police officer the force "decides who matters" and won't change. This follows the sentencing of Simon Levy to spend his whole life in prison for two more murders. Levy had been free despite attacking 11 women. One victim's killing wasn't investigated until another died.
