Meta Will Now Use Your AI Chat History to Show You Ads

Starting December 16, Meta will connect what you ask its AI chatbot to the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram. When you search for information or create content using Meta's standalone AI app, the company records that activity and uses it to personalize which products and services appear in your feed. This turns the AI tool into part of Meta's advertising system.
