FTC Sends $23.8 Million to Over 640,000 People Wronged by Grubhub

The FTC is sending $23.8 million to 640,038 Grubhub customers and drivers who were misled by the company. Most get checks; some get PayPal payments. A December 2024 lawsuit by the FTC and Illinois accused Grubhub of hiding real delivery costs, locking people out of their accounts and money, and exaggerating how much drivers would earn.
