Russia and Ukraine Are Attacking Each Other's Grain Shipments

Russia and Ukraine now deliberately attack each other's grain export facilities. On August 12, Ukrainian drones hit the Russian port of Novorossiysk, damaging three grain terminals; two stopped working. Russia began sending grain through other ports. Ukraine lowered its grain export forecast by 12%. Both countries are among the world's biggest grain sellers.
