Watchdog Warns Zambia's President Could Tilt August 13 Election

The policy group Chatham House warned August 10 that Zambia's President Hichilema, once praised as a democracy defender, may be using his office's money, media reach, and control of election timing to gain unfair advantage in the August 13 vote. He has publicly promised a fair election.
